The property (combined acreage 1287 +/- acres) is located on the western edge and directly adjacent to the City of Lake Wales jurisdiction, just west of the Lake Wales Municipal Airport.
Stoneridge is a planned 1,287-acre mixed-use master development located on the west side of Lake Wales, immediately west of the Lake Wales Municipal Airport and with frontage along State Road 60, envisioned as a long-term expansion of the city's economic, employment, commercial, residential, and recreational opportunities. The project includes the voluntary annexation of approximately 1,202 acres into the City of Lake Wales and is planned under a Planned Development Mixed-Use (PDMU) zoning designation to create a coordinated, master-planned community with a balanced mix of land uses served by municipal infrastructure. By bringing a large, contiguous property into the city with a unified development plan, Stoneridge is intended to support future job creation, expand the local tax base, improve development certainty, and provide strategically located sites for business investment and community growth.
