In 1996 Seay joined the Coldwell Banker brand. The office now has 10 full time sales associate and one full time secretary making us one of the largest offices in Lake Wales. About the Owner: Julie has been a resident of the Lake Wales area for over 30 years and has over 20 years of real estate experience. She has been married to her husband Jimmy for 20 years and they have two children, Judson, 15 and Hayes, 11.
